1. About Finance AI Lab

Finance AI Lab Pte. Ltd. operates an experimental AI financial management education studio at 60 Cecil Street, #22-05 ISO Centre, Singapore 049709. We provide lab modules, workshops, and parallel agent onboarding services focused on budgeting, expense organisation, cash-flow visibility, and financial dashboard literacy for Singapore households and SME finance ops teams.

Finance AI Lab delivers finance workflow modules with a parallel AI finance agent that assists with categorisation, summarisation, and review queue preparation. You approve every agent output through a human-in-the-loop workflow. We are NOT a crypto trading platform, autonomous trading bot service, or investment fund. We do NOT guarantee returns, savings outcomes, or portfolio performance.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above, and to corporate entities with authorised representatives. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and have authority to bind your organisation where applicable.

3. Service scope and limitations

Finance AI Lab provides educational workflow modules and platform guidance. Our services explicitly do NOT include:

• Licensed investment advice, portfolio management, or securities dealing.
• Tax filing, legal advice, or regulated financial planning unless provided by a separately identified licensed entity.
• Autonomous trading, crypto exchange, forex signal, or copy-trading services.
• Guaranteed savings, guaranteed returns, or wealth growth promises.
• Management of client funds or execution of financial transactions on your behalf.

AI outputs generated during lab sessions — including budget drafts, categorisation suggestions, and spending summaries — are assistive drafts only. You remain solely responsible for all financial decisions. Verify all figures with source documents and consult licensed professionals where appropriate.

4. Enrolment and payment

Module fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are subject to applicable GST. Payment is required before module commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate accounts. Prices listed on our website are indicative and may change; confirmed pricing is provided at enrolment.

Cancellations more than 14 days before a module start date receive a refund minus a S$30 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days may transfer to the next available cohort. No refunds are issued after a module has commenced. Scope changes are permitted once per enrolment if requested at least 7 days before the session.

5. Intellectual property

All content on financeailab.pro — including text, graphics, lab module materials, AI budget templates, and workflow documentation — is owned by Finance AI Lab Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may use materials provided during enrolled modules for personal or internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of lab materials without written consent is prohibited.

6. Parallel agent usage terms

The parallel AI finance agent provided during lab modules and onboarding sessions operates under strict assist-only parameters. The agent categorises transactions, drafts summaries, and queues items for your review — it does not execute payments, trades, or account changes. You must review and approve every agent output. Finance AI Lab is not liable for financial decisions made based on unverified agent outputs.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent Finance AI Lab as a licensed financial adviser, investment fund, or trading platform.
• Submit false information through contact forms or enrolment processes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Use our services for unlawful purposes or to facilitate fraud.
• Reproduce website content for competing commercial purposes.

8. Website use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access financeailab.pro for personal, non-commercial information purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

9. Privacy and data protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By submitting personal data, you consent to processing as described in those policies.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SINGAPORE LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC FINANCIAL SITUATION.

11. Limitation of liability

Finance AI Lab Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on AI-generated outputs. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific module or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finance AI Lab Pte. Ltd. from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of lab materials, or financial decisions made without independent verification of AI outputs.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated via email where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
